HEAVY INDUSTRIES TAXILA, TAXILA CANTT, a public sector production organization under the Ministry of Defense Production, Government of Pakistan, is seeking qualified individuals for the following contractual positions:

Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager (1 post)
- Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum BE Engineering (preferably Mechanical). Candidates with relevant professional education (Undergraduate/Master Degree) and professional certifications/trainings on ILS, as well as requisite software knowledge, are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable in the use of reliability software, life cycle cost software, Relex/EDCAS/EAGLE, MS Office suite, and illustrating software (Creo/Adobe Illustrator).
- Preferably 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer/Manager (QAQM) (1 post)
- Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum BE Mechanical/Materials Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
- 3-4 years in a quality assurance role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Candidates with relevant Professional Inspection & Testing Courses will be preferred.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations, proficiency in CAD/FEA software, and adequate knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Certification in quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)).
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- Familiarity with mechanical design, manufacturing, assembly, and Testing/Qualification processes.
- Knowledge of Material Failure Analysis and Materials Microstructures.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Material/Component Destructive and Non-Destructive Techniques.
- Hands-on experience with preparing and interpreting international standard Quality/Inspection Reports of Engineering Materials/Components/Assemblies/Sub-Assemblies.

Information Technology (IT) Manager (1 post)
- Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
- Proficient in managing enterprise hardware infrastructure and large-scale networks.
- Hands-on experience with server management, data centers, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with network security practices and cybersecurity frameworks for large organizations.
- Exposure to industrial/manufacturing IT setups and multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Solid understanding of ERP system operations and support.
- Experience with storage systems, disaster recovery, and system backups.
- Understanding of IT governance, policy development, and compliance practices.
- Vendor and contractor coordination for procurement and support.
- Project management experience in deploying or upgrading IT systems.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized certifications in Networking, System Administration, and cybersecurity are preferred.

Electronics Engineer (1 post)
- Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum BE/BS Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in the electronics industry.
- Familiarity with electronic circuits/components, development tools, and execution methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and electronic industries trends.
- Capability to create a working model of electronics systems and ensure functionality through design verification in terms of components, sub-assemblies/ assemblies in integrated systems.
