MSc/MPhil in Public Health, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field. OR MBBS with recognized certification in research methods, Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) trials, or clinical biostatistics. |
Strong analytical skills in data collection, analysis, and report writing. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Proficiency in basic computer software, such as MS Office. Minimum 2 years post qualification relevant experience in health research or program monitoring/evaluation preferable |
Coordinate data collection, entry, and quality assurance at the program centers. Perform data analysis & prepare research summaries. Support the development of research protocols, ethical submissions, and monitoring of ongoing studies. Facilitate training of staff in research ethics, data standards, program documentation, and reporting standards. Liaise with national and international collaborators for research coordination and publication. |
