2. The processing fee shall be submitted to Habib Bank Limited, Government College University Lahore Branch through challan OR online in Habib Bank Limited A/C No. 2398-7000 1616-03 OR Bank-Draft/ Demand Draft/Postal Order in favor of "Vice Chancellor Government College University Lahore. The original bank receipt/draft should be submitted with the application form.
3. The processing fee (non-refundable) for Sr. No. 1, 2 & 3 is Rs. 3,000/-, however, the applicants already applied against the previous advertisement No. 03/2024 GCUL, for the position of Registrar, are not required to re-apply. There existing applications shall be considered against this advertisement.
4. The duly filled-in application form along with attested copies of all testimonials, experience certificate(s), CNIC & CV shall be submitted OR post to the Govemment College University Lahore, Registrar Office till 22-08-2025.
5. Already in-service applicants shall apply through proper channel OR attach departmental permission/NOC from their current employer.
6. In case of foreign degree/qualification the equivalent certificate from Higher Education Commission, Islamabad is mandatory.
7. Only short-listed candidates shall be called for interview and no TA/DA shall be admissible.
