Terms and Conditions:
- Domicile of Tehsil Darazinda and Gandi Umar Khan will not be acceptable.
- The candidate for the said posts must be eligible in all respects. Applications received after the due date and time will not be accepted.
- The information provided by the candidates will be considered final, and no amendment will be allowed.
- In case of providing false information, the candidate will be responsible, and their application form will be considered inadmissible.
- Candidates securing 100% marks in the written test will be called for a physical test. Candidates passing the physical test will be eligible for an interview.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by the Departmental Selection Committee according to the merit list.
- Successful candidates for Forest Guard positions will have to undergo a one-year training course for Forest Guard at the Forest School, Thai, Abbottabad.
- The validity of the merit list will remain effective for six months from the date of the interview.
- Original educational documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
- No application will be accepted after the specified date.
- Government employees can send their applications through their respective departments.
- The age limit will be calculated till the last date of application submission.
- Age relaxation will be as per the rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
- The verification of successful candidates' documents will be done by the relevant authorities, and the expenses will be borne by the candidates. In case of false credentials, legal action will be taken against the candidate.
- If a candidate is found ineligible for any reason during scrutiny by the competent authority, they will be declared ineligible for recruitment at any stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test and interview.
- Selected Forest Guards will be bound to deposit a surety bond of Rs. 300,000/- to ensure five years of service in the D.I. Khan Forest Division of the Forest Department. Otherwise, the amount spent on training will be recovered from the candidate.
- The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased.
- Designated Forest (Protected Forest) areas in Pakistan, including the areas of D.I. Khan Forest Division, are subject to the Forest Act, 1927, and its rules.
- Candidates can apply online through the ETEA website. The link will be available from 11.06.2025 to 31.08.2025.
- ETEA will conduct the recruitment process transparently and fairly.
- The application fee can be deposited through Easy Paisa.
- ETEA will not be responsible for any delays in applications due to technical issues.
- Candidates will be informed about the test and interview dates through SMS.
- No application will be accepted manually.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- The department reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
- Candidates must bring their original CNIC and required documents at the time of the test/interview.
