Performance & Monitoring Specialist

MBS-I

i. A minimum of Ten (10) years of overall relevant professional experience in the field of Public Financial Management and Accounting/Finance in Pakistan or in the international market. Experience of working in positions providing exposure to corporate governance/policy/strategy related issues shall be given preference.<br>ii. A track record of outstanding achievement that is demonstrable and verifiable, including the experience of leading teams of people successfully.<br>iii. Minimum of sixteen years of formal education from a reputable local or international institution in Economics, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; or Associate Chartered Accountant (ACCA-UK) or Chartered Accountant (ICAP). Additional qualifications such as Director's Training Programme, Public Financial Management certifications or other relevant certifications shall be given preference. Candidates with more than one of the qualifications listed above shall be given preference.<br>iv. Applicants can have relevant experience in the public, private or development sectors, or a mixture of all.

Senior Financial Analyst - Risk Management

MBS-II

i. A minimum of Ten (10) years of top tier relevant professional experience in the field of Financial Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or Risk Management with sound understanding of Debt Management and appraising Public Private Partnership projects, with a focus on Financial and Risk Analysis, in Pakistan or in the International market. Knowledge of public debt/public financial management, and understanding of governmental reports and governance structure would be an added advantage.<br>ii. A track record of outstanding achievement that is demonstrable and verifiable, including the experience of leading teams of people successfully.<br>iii. Minimum of sixteen years of formal education from a reputable local or international institution in Economics, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; or Associate Chartered Accountant (ACCA-UK); or Chartered Accountant (ICAP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. Additional qualifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Public Private Partnership Certification (CP3P) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certifications or other relevant certifications shall be given preference. Candidates with sound knowledge of Public Private Partnerships with focus on infrastructure projects shall be given preference. Candidates with more than one of the qualifications listed above shall be given preference.<br>iv. Applicants can have relevant experience in the public, private or development sectors, or a mixture of all.

i. A track record of outstanding achievement that is demonstrable and verifiable (graduates with experience will be hired on the basis of their academic performance).<br>ii. A minimum of sixteen years of formal education is required. Preference will be given to individuals based on the quality of their degree (in order, top-tier international universities, national centers of excellence, traditional public-sector centers of excellence, other universities).<br>iii. Applicants may have relevant experience in the public, private or development sectors, or a mixture of all.

The recruitment procedure will be carried out in three phases as detailed below:

Stage 1: Application / CV Review: All applicants will be short-listed based upon the academic credentials, quality of CV and work history. Letter of intent with professional track record.
Stage 2: Written Test: All candidates shortlisted will go through a written test which includes GRE and assessment of financial, technical and strategic skills as well as case study/problem-solving approach. Candidates above a minimum score will be rated as passed and considered for an interview. Furthermore, score shall not be carried forward to the next stage.
Stage 3: Interview: The interview process will consist of a three-member panel which will evaluate the candidate's ability for the required position.

NOTE:

  1.
