- Eligibility and experience must meet relevant accreditation body requirements.

- Government employees must apply through the proper channel.
- No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
- A pay order of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of "Registrar Federal Urdu University" must be attached.
- This is a re-advertisement of positions from 2022. Applicants who applied then are exempt from the fee but must attach their previous receipt.
- Appointments are under the CPF policy; no pension laws apply.
- The University reserves the right to cancel any or all positions.
- The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased. Decisions cannot be challenged in court.
- Internal candidates require a 5-year performance report
