TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The RFP/Tenders shall be submitted through EPADs and also in a sealed/confidential envelope at the address mentioned above, latest by 27.04.2026 till 03:00 p.m. Which will be opened at 03:30 p.m. on the same date in Conference Hall, LTO, Lahore, in the presence of the authorized representative.
- Terms of Reference (TORs)/documents may be obtained from the Accounts Branch of Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore during office hours.
- The RFP/tender has already been uploaded on EPADS website and TORs/tender documents may also be collected from website.
- RFP quoted must be inclusive of all taxes.
- The bidder will produce capability, relevant experience and past performance and will also produce client list.
- The Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Large Taxpayers Office, Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids or annul the procurement process at any time prior to acceptance of a bid as per PPRA rules.
