Title/ Position: Deputy Manager Finance

Qualifications:

  • CA Finalist or ACMA/ACCA, or
  • Master's degree in Finance and Accounting.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience in financial, administrative, and grants management for international organizations.
  • Experience in developing and managing financial and administrative systems.
  • Experience working with high-level public or private sector counterparts.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2. Submission Requirements:

Eligible individuals should submit:

  • A letter of Expression of Interest demonstrating ability, skills, and experience.
  • A detailed, updated, and signed Curriculum Vitae with relevant experience and references.

3. Conflict of Interest:

Interested consultants must adhere to the World Bank's conflict of interest policy, as outlined in the Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (revised November 2017 and August 2018).

4. Selection Method:

Consultants will be selected based on the Open Competitive Selection method for individual consultants, as per the World Bank's Procurement Regulations.
