Brief Job Description
Ensuring accurate financial operations, including closing entries in Oracle. Ensuring timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations. Manage the bank's Fixed Asset Register, chart of accounts, vendors' aging, general ledger entries and reconciliations. Ensure accurate statutory reporting to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), coordinate required SBP/SECP/FBR inspections, examinations and/or compliance reviews. Sound knowledge of IAS/IFRS, insurance accounting, tax laws, SBP regulations, and SECP guidelines pertaining to banking. Knowledge of all functions, namely, accounting policies, and work effectively on ERP systems to support daily operations. Ensure accurate bank accounts and all reconciliations.
Qualification
Minimum of a Bachelor's in accounting and finance, or equivalent, or other relevant field from a university or an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Professional in Accounts Qualification(s) like ACCA/CA/CIMA would be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Preference shall be given to the candidates having ACCA/CA Intership experience.
Executive Secretary - Presidents Office - ISB.
Brief Job Description
Provide comprehensive executive support to the President & CEO, managing all internal and external communication, mail, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the President & CEO. Maintain the President & CEO's calendar. Manage travel and lodging through concerned Dpts. for President & CEO, arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, manage approvals, prepare correspondence, memos, minutes, and ensure proper organization of confidential records. Act as a key liaison for the President & CEO. Maintain confidential records, manage all effective message service, and support the organization with any other ad hoc tasks as needed. Oversee and ensure the full secretarial and administrative assistance to the President & CEO. Execute any other tasks as assigned by the President & CEO.
Qualification
Minimum of a Bachelor's in finance, commerce, business administration or other relevant field from a university or an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Relevant professional certifications would be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in corporate banking, finance, development finance institutions/banks in Pakistan.
