TERMS & CONDITIONS.
(1). Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate (s) found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority. (2). All candidates will be required to create profile on the ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print the E-Sahulat Token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post. (3)-Interview call letters will be issued to the shortlisted candidates only. (4). The screening test conducted by ETEA, shall be for the purpose of shortlisted candidates only. (5). the Competent Authority reserved the right to increase, decrease or even cancel any post without assigning any reason. (6). Only clinical relevant experience in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies should be considered. (7). Candidates should be eligible in all respect till the last date of receipt of the application. (8). The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel. (9). Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules. (10). Original documents shall be produce at the time of interview along with attested copies of all testimonials. (11). No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview. (12). All the previously advertised posts by the institution shall be considered cancelled. (13). In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificate(s) from HEC must be provided. (14). Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
HOW TO APPLY:
(1). Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online. (2). After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slips (having token number, Project Code and candidates personal information will be generated. (3). Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent, Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL Bank or via UBL OMNI agent. (4). After successful submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having a bank desired stamp and do not share it with anyone else. (5). A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each position. (6). Please do not send any documents to ETEA, provision of documents/testimonials, with the online application. Copies of testimonial/documents will however, be provided by the short-listed candidates only in the screening test as when required by ETEA/appointing authority for scrutiny purposes after the screening test. (7). Application form is available at www.etea.edu.pk on 20 January, 2026. (8). Last date for submission of online applications is 16th February, 2026. (9). Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slip from www.etea.edu.pk. (10). Test date, time and venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip. (11). No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier services.
