General Conditions:
(1) All eligible candidates will be allowed to take the ETEA screening test.
(2) If any candidate is found ineligible during scrutiny by the competent authority for any reason, they will be considered ineligible for recruitment.
(3) All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, however, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants (Amendment) Act 2022 will apply to these candidates.
(4) CGPA will not be allowed, and it will be mandatory to obtain and submit a verified certificate of marks or percentage of marks from the relevant university's controller of examinations for conversion of CGPA into marks.
(5) Two percent, five percent, and ten percent quotas are reserved for disabled persons, minorities, and women, respectively, but all these candidates will also be considered separately on merit. Disabled persons must submit a certificate from the Standing Medical Board, provided that the disability does not hinder the performance of duties, and a certificate from the concerned department must be registered with the application by the last date (08-08-2025), while the minority quota for all vacant posts has been advertised in the light of relevant rules and regulations and letter no. BOI/FD/5-37/24-25 dated 10-03-2025.
(6) Original educational degrees along with original CNIC must be presented at the time of document verification.
(7) If the recruitment procedure is changed by the government after this advertisement, the competent authority including ETEA will be bound to follow the rules approved by the government.
(8) All appointments will be made according to the rules and procedures laid down by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
(9) Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
(10) Age relaxation will be allowed according to government rules.
(11) Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
(12) No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
(13) The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the advertisement at any stage without assigning any reason.
(14) Candidates who have passed their degrees from private universities must submit a NOC from the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
(15) Any error/omission will be corrected by the competent authority.
(16) All candidates must submit a certificate of domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
(17) Married women can apply on the basis of their husband's domicile, provided that the marriage was registered before 2008 and the domicile certificate of the husband is submitted.
(18) Decision of the competent authority will be final in case of any dispute.
(19) The department will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of applications by post.
