- Every candidate will download the application form from the website of this court , fill it, and submit it by hand or by post during office hours. Applications sent through any other means will not be accepted.
- A character certificate from two respectable persons of the area who are not relatives of the candidate, with the signatures, name, father's name, CNIC number, permanent address, and mobile number of the verifiers, must be attached with the application. A sample character certificate is available on the website of this court along with the application form.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post.
- Paste a recent passport-size photograph on the application form and attach attested copies of educational certificates (all educational certificates obtained), domicile certificate, CNIC, etc.
- A character certificate issued by the principal of the last educational institution must be attached with the application.
- The age will be calculated as of 01/01/2025. However, age relaxation will be given according to the prevailing rules.
- For employees of government or semi-government institutions, it is mandatory to attach a departmental NOC with the application.
- Salary and other allowances will be given according to the rules and regulations.
- Legal action will be taken against those who provide false information and fake documents.
- Delayed and incomplete applications will not be considered, even if sent by post.
- Currently, the quota for disabled persons, females, and minorities does not apply to the above-mentioned posts. However, eligible applicants can apply on open merit.
- The competent authority reserves the right to change, amend, cancel the advertisement, or increase/decrease the number of posts.
- The competent authority has the right not to appoint anyone to any or all of the posts without giving any reason.
- Every candidate must bring their original educational certificates, domicile, and CNIC on the day of the test and interview.
- Candidates for the test and interview will be informed through the website and the notice board of the Judicial Complex.
- No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the test and interview.
- No recommendation will be accepted.
