Terms & Conditions:
- Application along with attested copies of certificates of educational qualification, experience, domicile, CNIC and one passport-size picture must be sent to this Office before the closing date.
- Last date of submission of application is May 23, 2025.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications.
- Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
- The candidates working in the Government/semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
- The Competent Authority reserves the rights to cancel/reject any application with assigning reason or if any changes are made in Service Rules/ATP Rules, the competent authority committee will follow the Government Rules strictly.
- Errors/omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification and the number of vacant cadre may be increased/decreased.
- Not fulfilling any of the written statements in the application form or any misinformation will automatically exclude the candidates from the whole recruitment process at any stage.
- All such information will be displayed on the notice board of DHO D. I. Khan.
- Only shortlisted candidates should bring original documents along with CNIC & attested photocopies of each document at the time of the interview.
- The verification fee for each document of the selected candidates will be paid by the respective candidates; in case of fake miss-information/documents found, their appointment order will be canceled automatically.
- 10% quota will be reserved for female candidates; 2% quota will be reserved for disabled & 0.5% quota will be reserved for minorities candidates.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
- In the case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- The appointments will be made in accordance with the prescribed Rules and Regulations laid down in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servant (Amendment) Act, 2022.
