Advertisement for Temporary Recruitment (Dengue Program Rawalpindi District)

Reference to the approval from the Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department, Government of Punjab, vide letter number SO(EP&C)2-2/2026 (Admn) 175-2026, the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department Rawalpindi requires healthy and fit candidates for temporary recruitment on a contingency paid staff basis for a maximum of 89 days for the following vacant posts, who will work in high-risk Union Councils/areas for dengue in Rawalpindi district in connection with the anti-dengue campaign:

Note: If candidates with the required qualification are not available, candidates with M.Sc./BS (Hons) in Zoology/Botany/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Environmental Technology from an HEC recognized university/institute will be considered.
02	Sanitary Patrol (Male/Female)	1000	For Females: 18-35 years. For Males: 18-33 years	Matric pass (Preference will be given to higher education holders). Experience in the field will be preferred. For Females: Android Mobile (Android version 5.0 or above) is mandatory. For Males: Candidates who do not own an Android Mobile will not be eligible to apply. Due to field work, healthy and fit males and females will be preferred.

Terms, Conditions & Regulations

1. This recruitment will be purely temporary, and in case of recruitment, no right will be claimed for regularization of service in any court of law or department.
2. The recruitment is specifically for high-risk Union Councils/areas in connection with the anti-dengue campaign, and preference will be given to the residents of these Union Councils. In case of non-availability of residents from these Union Councils, preference will be given to the residents of adjoining Union Councils/areas.
3. The recruitment process may be cancelled/postponed at any time subject to the approval of the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department.
4. The prescribed quota for women, minorities, and disabled persons will be observed as per Government of Punjab policy.
5. Candidates must be medically fit for field duty.
6. Candidates must be fully vaccinated against Corona and Dengue as per Government policy.
7. Candidates must bring their original documents (educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates) and a set of photocopies at the time of the interview.
8. Candidates must bring 2 passport size photographs.
9. Candidates already working in government/semi-government institutions should apply through the proper channel.
10. No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
11. The last date to submit applications is 07 March 2026.
12. Interviews will be held on 09 March 2026 at 08:00 AM.
13. The place of interview will be the office of the Chief Executive Officer (DHA) Rawalpindi.

Note: In case of non-availability of female candidates in the above-mentioned Union Councils, the seats will be filled by male candidates, and the decision of the recruitment committee will be final.
