Conditions:

1. The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years on the last date for submission of applications. However, a 5-year general age relaxation will be granted by the Government of Azad Kashmir.
2. The application must be written on plain paper and include all personal details, contact information, and required documents such as attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, and national identity card. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications for each. It is also mandatory to clearly indicate the specific institution for which the candidate is applying.
3. A challan of Rs. 500/- must be deposited in Account No. 11035001-01-2010 Kashmir Bank in the name of the Deputy District Education Officer Male Bagh (Primary & Secondary) and the original receipt of the challan must be attached with the application.
4. Candidates must present their original educational certificates and other documents at the time of the interview/practical test.
5. Currently working, temporary, or ad-hoc appointed employees may also apply through proper channel.
