Advertisement for Obtaining Temporary Services of Driver and Sewerman
Applications are required on a purely merit and temporary daily-wage basis to operate the machinery purchased through the Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) for District Council Chiniot. The duration of this employment will be 89 days. This recruitment is for the purpose of achieving targets under the Punjab Industrial & Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 and in light of instructions issued via letter No. SO.ADMIN-III(LG)MISC/2025(Machinery) dated 02-12-2025 by the Local Government and Community Development Department.

Terms and Conditions:
- Monthly salary or wages will be paid in accordance with the wage rates issued by the Finance Department and Labor Department.
- A general age relaxation of 5 years will be granted in the upper age limit. Experienced candidates will be given preference.
- Appointments will be made on a purely temporary basis for 89 days. Upon completion of this period, the employment will automatically terminate. The employee will have no right to permanent status, and no new advertisement will be required to re-hire services if needed.
- The organization reserves the right to terminate any temporary daily-wage employee without notice due to unsatisfactory performance. Former employees will have no legal right to challenge termination.
- Candidates must write their application on plain paper and attach verified copies of their CNIC (ID Card), Domicile, Educational Certificates, 02 passport-size photographs, and Experience Certificate.
- Applications must be submitted to the Chief Officer / District Officer (Infrastructure & Services), District Council Chiniot, by August 10, 2026, before 04:00 PM. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
- Depending on official requirements, the selected candidates can be posted anywhere within the territorial limits of District Council Chiniot.
- Applicants must appear before the Selection Committee for an interview on August 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the District Council Office. No separate interview notices will be sent.
- Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided to the candidates coming for the interview.
