How to Apply?

- Applications may be filed in person, through a designated agent, or with authenticated copies of the required paperwork (authorized by the rules).
- The application can also be delivered by mail, although mail-in submissions that arrive after the deadline may not be accepted.
- The suggested applicant may also create and submit the application.
- Applications not in the prescribed form will not be processed, and a traffic ticket issued by an honourable person who is not a relative must be submitted with the application.
- Additionally, applications may be made.
- The character certificate issued by the most recent educational institution must be carried along with the certified copy of the certificate, while the original certificate, etc., must be taken to the test or interview. If not, they won't be allowed to take the test or interview.
