Terms and Conditions:
(1) Candidates will be shortlisted based on their educational qualification and experience certificates, as stated in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ESTA CODE 2024.
(2) Employees working in government or semi-government departments/institutions should submit their applications through the proper channel.
(3) Appointments will be made on a one-year probation period, which can be extended up to three years based on performance.
(4) The overall eligibility and age of the candidates will be determined based on the documents received by the deadline.
(5) Age relaxation will be given according to the prevailing rules.
(6) Salaries and other allowances will be payable according to existing rules and regulations.
(7) The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised vacancies at any time.
Application Procedure:

(3) Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post must submit a separate application form for each post.
(4) Applications sent via mail/courier must reach the Directorate office two (2) days before the deadline.
(5) Shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview via call, SMS, and a notice on the Directorate's website. Therefore, all candidates are requested not to change their mobile numbers or switch off their phones; otherwise, the responsibility will lie with the candidate.
(6) Shortlisted candidates will have to present their educational and experience certificates to the competent authority for verification at the time of the interview.
