Vacant Positions

Applications are invited from suitable candidates residing in Kurram District for the following vacant positions of Patwari in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kurram, as per the specified terms.

Terms and Conditions

• (1) All eligible candidates will be allowed to take the test. If any candidate is found ineligible for any reason during the scrutiny by the competent authority, the concerned candidate will be disqualified from recruitment at any stage.
• (2) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• (3) The shortlisting of candidates will be based on the screening list of ETEA.
• (4) All appointments will be made on a regular basis according to the prevailing laws of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• (5) Age relaxation will be given as per the existing rules.
• (6) Candidates working in government or semi-government departments should apply through their respective departments.
• (7) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason and to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of advertised posts.

Application Procedure

• (1) After creating your profile and paying the fee on the ETEA website, first print the NADRA e-facilitation token from the ETEA website and get it verified at any franchise (Kiosk) with your original identity card number. Without this verification, you will not be able to apply for any position. After profile verification, print the deposit slip from the ETEA website to deposit the fee (non-refundable exam fee) at any Jazz Cash / Easypaisa agent or NADRA e-facilitation center. You will receive a confirmation SMS. The exam fee can also be deposited from your mobile phone through the Jazz Cash / EasyPaisa application. Keep the original deposit slip with you, as you will not be allowed to sit for the exam without the deposit slip and roll number slip. Do not bother to send any educational documents or certificates to the office.
• (2) Online applications for the positions will be available on the ETEA website from 01.10.2025.
• (3) The last date to submit the online form is 20.10.2025.
• (4) Candidates will be notified about the roll number slip download via SMS, so all candidates should not change their mobile SIM until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise, all responsibility will lie with the candidates.
• (5) All information about the ETEA screening test will be mentioned on the roll number slip.
• (6) No separate call letter will be sent for the screening test via post or courier.

Note:

• (1) While applying online, keep a scanned soft copy of your passport-sized photograph and documents with you.
• (2) All candidates should read all instructions carefully before filling out the online application.
• (3) ETEA can verify the fee deposited by the candidate at any time.
• In case of non-verification, the application of the concerned candidate will be rejected.
• (4) The fee deposited on another candidate's identity card number will not be acceptable.
• (5) Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
• (6) No TA/DA will be given for the test or interview.
• (7) All applications received will be dealt with in accordance with the rules.
