Manager Strategy

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Management, preference will be given to candidates with CFA/ MBA from one of the top business schools. Skill Set: Excellent analytical, critical and thinking skills, strong presentation and communication skills. Experience in project management, strategic planning, financial analysis and market research shall be valuable.

Up to 45 Years

At least 4 years of relevant experience in a managerial or consulting role, preferably in real estate consulting, infrastructure or urban development sector. You should have demonstrated expertise with financial models and analyzing market trends.

Manager Business Development

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration from one of the top business schools. Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization in business development or sales. Skill Set: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and management abilities and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Other essential skills include market research, financial analysis and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Up to 45 Years

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably in the real estate industry. The incumbent should have in-depth knowledge of the local and international market in Pakistan with proven track record of generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Manager Finance

1- BBA/MBA (Fin) from one of the top business schools. 2- CA (Member)/FCCA (Training with any Big4 firm). Skill Set: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and senior management. Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting standards and tax laws.

Up to 45 Years

At least 4 years of proven experience as Manager Finance or similar role. In-depth knowledge of accounting, reporting, budgeting and financial analysis.

Manager Cogen (Finance & Planning)

1- BBA/MBA (Fin) from one of the top business schools. 2- CA (Member)/FCCA (will be preferred). Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Strategic mindset with ability to translate numbers into business insights. Strong leadership and communication skills. High proficiency in MS Excel and Financial modeling. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Up to 45 Years

At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial/energy/manufacturing sector. Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis and cost control. Exposure to project evaluation, feasibility studies and business planning. Knowledge of ERP systems and financial modeling tools.

Assistant Manager Finance

1- CA (Member) (Training with any Big4 firm). 2- ACCA (Member) (Training with any Big4 firm). Skill Set: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and financial controls. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP and accounting softwares. Analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data. Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Up to 45 Years

2 years of progressive experience on same level and have worked in financial reporting, budgeting and regulatory compliance.

Assistant Manager Business Development

1- BBA/MBA (Marketing/ Supply Chain/Management) from one of the top business schools. 2- Masters in Economics or related field.

2 years of proven experience as Assistant Manager Business Development or similar role. The role involves conducting market research, developing proposals, negotiation and ensuring achievement of targets. He/She will also liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and maintain updated knowledge of market trends in the real estate sector.

Assistant Manager Treasury

1- BBA/MBA (Fin) from one of the top business schools. 2- CFA (Minimum Level-2).

Up to 45 Years

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance or corporate banking. Hands-on experience in cashflow management, banking operations (Treasury matters) and financial reporting. Exposure to investment, and hedging instruments will be preferred.

Audit Officer

1- CA (Fin). 2- ACCA (Member). 3- BBA/MBA (Accounting / Finance). 4- M. Com.

Up to 45 Years

2 years of experience in Audit, Finance or Accounts (preferably in large-scale organizations or audit firms). The role involves identifying potential risks, ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulatory environment and providing recommendations to strengthen internal controls. The Audit Officer will play a key role in minimizing audit objections by ensuring proper documentation and compliance at the initial stage of financial processing.
