Candidate should be intermediate with Diploma/Certificate in Telecommunication with relevant work experience.
Responsibilities: Answer and route calls to appropriate departments. Perform routine maintenance of telephone systems. Diagnose and fix issues with phone lines and intercoms. Troubleshooting skills for telephone and network issues.
