How to Apply?
- Experience: Overall 30 Years of experience with minimum 10 years of experience in BS - 17 or above in a traffic law enforcement agency as supervisory or managerial roles. (Retired relevant officer will be preferred).
- Experience in developing and implementing traffic management strategies, including traffic flow optimization, road safety initiatives, and accident prevention measures. Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of traffic police officers.
- Sound decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and enforcement procedures.
- Familiarity with traffic management best practices, including traffic flow analysis, accident investigation techniques, and traffic control methods
- The Contract Shall be for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
- Requirements: Must be Balochistan Local/Domicile Holder.
