Central Power Generation Company Limited (CPGCL) is a Public Sector Power Generation Company located at Guddu District Kashmore (Sindh). The Company has plants located in Quetta, Sukkur and Guddu. The CPGCL significantly contributes to the socio-economic development of the country by producing optimum electrical energy and is primarily responsible for technical innovation, economically viable, socially responsible for efficient generation of electricity and managing the Operation & Maintenance system of the Power Plant in the best interest of the Nation. The Company is looking for a high caliber energetic, proactive, result-oriented professional to work on the following position based at its Head Office located at Guddu, to be a part of its management team, who can take the challenging assignments effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES <br> i) Ensure 24/7 physical security of plant perimeter, gates, critical installations, and housing colonies. <br> ii) Conduct security risk assessments and implement access control protocols. <br> iii) Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and district administration for intelligence sharing and response preparedness. <br> iv) Co-ordinate with O&M contractor for internal plant security. <br> v) Develop site safety plan and ensure compliance. <br> vi) Economical use of company resources. <br> vii) Arrange logistical support and protocol services for VIP visits, board meetings and audits. <br> viii) Supervise Official events, trainings and site inspections from government and regulatory agencies. |

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE <br> i) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Security Management, or equivalent from HEC-recognized university. <br> ii) Retired Officers of the Armed Forces of the rank equivalent of Lt. Col. or above. Preference will be given to those having experience in the relevant field. Only the retired officers with an "Exemplary" service record and Medical category-"A" need to apply. |
