Advertisement for Recruitment Balochistan Police (Miscellaneous Cadre) Central Police Office Quetta
All candidates who submitted application forms for the posts of Junior Clerk (BPS-11), Naib Qasid (BPS-01), and Class Four (Misc) at the Central Police Office Quetta under the advertisement in local daily newspapers PRO No 203/21-07-2025 dated July 21, 2025, are hereby informed with the following instructions via this advertisement:
(1) To know the status of your application form, visit the official website of Balochistan Police (balochistanpolice.gov.pk/jobs).
(2) Application forms have been rejected if the age limit set by the Government of Balochistan (up to 43 years) was exceeded by the last date of submission (20-08-2025) or if the educational qualification required for the relevant post was not met. The details are available in the (Rejected List) of the respective post on the official website of Balochistan Police.
(3) For the posts of Grade 01 Naib Qasid and Class Four (Misc), applications from candidates of other districts have been rejected if they did not have a local/domicile of Quetta district under Rule 9 of the Government of Balochistan (APT Rule 2009). The details are available in the (Rejected List) of the respective post on the official website of Balochistan Police.
(4) The list of those who submitted incomplete documents and unverified application forms has been put in the (Under Observation List) of the respective post.
(5) Complete objections to documents within 10 days of the publication of this advertisement, otherwise, the application form will be rejected after 10 days.
(6) A WhatsApp group has been created for Under Observation and Rejected candidates according to their district and post, and for any information, they can contact the helpline (081-9201286) during office hours.
(7) The competent authority reserves the right to reject the application form at any time if any candidate's mandatory documents and provided information are fake, and legal action can also be taken against such a candidate.
(8) All candidates whose application forms are rejected can come to the admin branch during office hours for the refund of the submitted fee.
(9) The schedule for the physical, written, practical test, and interview for the advertised posts will be given later through an advertisement.
