Higher qualification (MS/M. Phil/PhD) in IT/CS or relevant discipline will be preferred. Experience (Minimum 17 years, including 5 years in senior leadership): * Experience in IT operations, digital transformation, system development, and project management in reputable public or private sector organizations. * Proven track record in e-Governance, automation, digitization planning, implementation and execution of large scale I.T projects. * Strong knowledge of government processes, I.T infrastructure, emerging technologies, data analytics and stakeholder management. * Extensive experience in large scale Government procurement, PPRA rules compliance, budgeting, cost estimation and financial planning for I.T projects. GENERAL INFORMATION / INSTRUCTIONS:
a. Age relaxation shall be applicable as per Government policy. b. CDA has the right to cancel the advertisement, or to increase/decrease number of posts. c. The employees will be appointed on contract basis for initial period of two years which may be extended further, if required and having no vested right for regular appointment. d. Online applications on prescribed form along with copies of educational documents, experience certificates, recent photograph, CNIC should be uploaded along with application form. e. Only short-listed candidates, who qualify as per above criteria will be called for written test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. f. Candidates will be required to bring Original Documents (Educational and Experience certificates) and attested copies at the time of interview. g. Candidates already serving in Government sector organizations are required to submit NOC from the department along with the application. h.
