(1) All appointments will be on a contract basis according to the prevailing government rules and regulations. (2) Age relaxation in the upper age limit can be granted under the prevailing rules and regulations. However, the age relaxation certificate must be obtained from the competent authority beforehand and attached with the application. (3) Government employees can apply through the proper channel. (4) The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any or all posts at any time without assigning any reason. (5) If the recruitment procedure is changed by the government after this advertisement, the Malakand Board will be bound to follow it accordingly. (6) Only degrees/certificates from government-approved institutions will be acceptable. (7) All educational and other certificates must be duly verified. (8) If any candidate's educational or other certificates are found to be fake or forged, legal action will be taken against them under the relevant laws and they will be disqualified for future recruitment. (9) No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates appearing for the test/interview. (10) During the test/interview, every candidate must bring their original certificates, CNIC, and experience certificates. (11) Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
