Degree: Preferably HEC recognized CA/ACCA/ACMA or MBA/M. Com Finance. <br> Main Responsibilities: Lead the financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting functions of the company. Ensure compliance with corporate governance, regulatory, and tax requirements. Oversee financial risk management and develop internal control systems. Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board on financial performance and capital structuring. Supervise treasury operations, cost control, investment planning, and procurement activities. Participate in FCM/OCMs with Oil & Gas E&P Companies operating in Balochistan. Good communication skills and a tendency to work in a team. |
07 years of post-qualification relevant experience at level of middle level and at least 05 years at the senior level of Finance. <br> Professionals working in the Energy sector, especially in the Oil&Gas upstream sector, and Renewable Energy, will be given preference. <br> Age: must be between 37 to 47 years. <br> A competitive salary package approved through the BECL-Board shall be offered. |

Degree: HEC recognised MBA degree with ICT diploma/certification from a recognised institute. <br> OR <br> HEC recognised a 4-year BBA degree or LLB degree with sufficient knowledge of ICT. <br> Main Responsibilities: Demonstrated data management skills, understanding the use of Microsoft Word and software architecture. Maintain and update statutory registers, records, SECP filings, and stock exchanges as per applicable laws. Manage disclosures (soft & hard) and declarations as required for a listed entity. Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and summaries related to energy projects using ICT software. Manage digital communication platforms (email, video conferencing, shared drives) and ensure timely dissemination of information within the department. Ensure effective communication and flow of information between the Board and senior management. Good communication skills and a tendency to work in a team. |
