How to Apply?
- 1. Bahria University requires highly qualified, dynamic and experienced candidate for the post of "Principal, Bahria University Dental College" at Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi.
- 2. Requirements:
- a. Qualification and Experience as a Professor (with level-III qualification) in the Dental Institutes as per requirements of PM&DC.
- b. Strong knowledge of latest teaching methodologies and regulations of the PM&DC, HEC, CPSP and other health regulatory bodies.
- c. Capable of effectively leading and managing faculty and administrative staff. d. Excellent communication skills.
- e. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- f. Proven experience in managing budgets and financial resources along with administrative and managerial expertise, particularly within a dental hospital/ institute settings.
- g. Possesses expertise in implementing quality assurance and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and enhancing standards.
- 3. Responsibilities:
- a. Develop and execute strategic plans for the college, aligning them with the institution's vision and goals.
- b. Cultivate a culture of academic discipline, research, and innovation among faculty and students.
- c. Skillfully prepare and manage the financial budget, allocating and utilizing resources effectively.
- d. Plan and facilitate visits by relevant delegations, ensuring a smooth and productive experience.
- e. Ensure strict adherence to relevant policies and regulations, promoting a compliant and ethical environment.
- f. Foster and nurture strong relationships with faculty, students, alumni, and other institutes, creating a supportive and collaborative network.
- g. Ensure clinical excellence in all aspects of Dental Hospital settings.
