INSTRUCTION/TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Candidates must clearly indicate the post applied for, along with the relevant specialization/skill possessed.
- Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel.
- The selected candidates shall be governed by the Act, Statutes, Rules, and Regulations of Bacha Khan University, Charsadda (BKUC).
- Only eligible candidates shall be shortlisted for the test/interview in accordance with the Statutes, Rules, and Regulations of Bacha Khan University.
- The University shall not be responsible for the non-receipt or delayed receipt of interview call letters.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, or to cancel any or all advertised posts without assigning any reason.
- Applications shall be submitted only on the prescribed application form available on the University website (www.bkuc.edu.pk).
- The original receipt of the prescribed application processing fee (non-refundable) of Rs. 10000/- deposited online or in the form of a demand draft in favour of the Treasurer, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda, or through online payment to the University Account maintained at the Bank of Khyber, Charsadda Branch (Branch Code: 5088, Account No. 3006577953), must be attached with the application form.
- Attested photocopies of all academic transcripts/DMCs, degrees, certificates, experience certificates, Last Pay Certificate (LPC), CNIC, and three (03) recent passport-size photographs must be attached with the application form.
- Candidates possessing foreign qualifications must submit an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad.
- Eligibility of the candidates in all respects shall be determined as of the closing date of the advertisement.
- Candidates must provide their complete postal address, landline number (if any), mobile number, and email address in the application form.
- A CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 shall be considered equivalent to First Division.
- Complete application forms, along with all required documents, must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 28-08-2026 (within one month from the date of publication of this advertisement). Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date shall not be entertained.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post shall submit a separate application form along with the prescribed application processing fee and supporting documents for each post.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- All appointments against the advertised posts shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities (Amendment) Act, 2012, and the applicable University Statutes, Rules, and Regulations.
- Any attempt to influence the recruitment process in any manner shall result in the disqualification of the candidate.
- Candidates who applied for the post S.No.2 vide advertisement No. 2023(2) need not to apply again, however they can submit an updated application form to update their credentials before the deadline.
