Ayub Medical Teaching institution (ATH AMCIACD) Abbotabad is a Tertiary Care 1500 beds Hospital under MTI Act, 2015 (as amended from time to time) requires the services of the following as per below

01 The candidate must be a medical academic with MBBS or equivalent quafiortion plus a higher diploma such as FCPS, FROP FRCS or a US board certification or equivalent qualification in any clinical medical scence recogrund by PMADC

The candidate we have a record of excellence in clinical care and have at was the years management of administrative experience of in management positions such at head of unit in leading a major hospital clinical unit in any dirical discipline, including medicine and its subspecialties, surgery Is subspeciales, paediatrics and subspecialties, obstetrica/gynaecology and its subspecialties, radiology and imaging services, pathology, and any other major clinicalunts

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Medical Director shal responsible for af sinical functions of the hospital including but not limited to
ensuring clinical excellence in all aspects of hospital functions
ensuring timely, appropriate management of patenta
ensuring the best outcomes for all patents
undertaking clinical governance for quality control
ensuring implementation of institution based private practice (BP)
Assessing and auditing existing clinical programs and developing new clinical programs
and develop an annual clinical budget, including capital medical equipment quests and for presentation to the Hospital Director, the Hospital Management Committee and the Board
The Medical Director shall report to the Board of Govemors of MTI-ATH/AMGIACD and shall be responsible to the Board. MTI act, regulations and AMTI-ATHIAMCIACD rules and regulations as amended and updated from time to time shall apply.

DESCRIPTION PAYMENT SCHEDULE PAYMENT

at 8. The position shall be filled on contract basis for a period of 05 years, extendable for further 02 terms of 05 years each, upon the discretion of the Board

  1. The Medical Director shall have no conflict of interest
  2. The Medical Director on appointment shall simultaneously receive a faculty appointment at a level commensurate with his/her qualifications and prescribed institutional requirements for the faculty position
  3. The Medical Director will be required to practice only on the premises of the Hospital and no outside consulting practice shal be allowed.
  4. Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government/autonomous organizations may apply through proper channel and must provide NOC. In case of selection, he/she will have to resign from service
  5. An annual appraisal of the performance will be carried out by a committee and continuation of the appointee will be offered to the selected candidate
  6. Incomplete applications shall not be considered. Selection and Scrutiny Committee shall be competent to reject any application that is incomplete or received after the due date. The aggrieved candidate may appeal to the Board of Governors for review of his/her case/application within 07 working days after the communication of decision. accepted once the selection process is completed or a candidate has been selected. No correspondence regarding short-listing will be made except with the short-listed candidates. The decision of the Selection and Scrutiny Committee shall be final, subject to the approval of the Board of Governors.
  7. Any attempt to influence or influence any member of the selection committee or any official through any means shall lead to the permanent disqualification of the candidate
  8. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible.
  10. Board of Governors reserves the right to reduce the advertisement or the selection process or re-advertise the position.
