Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for proactive, result-oriented and highly professional individuals for its upcoming LPG Plant at Rawalpindi.
Senior Officer (Mechanical):
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of LPG bottling and storage equipment (pumps, compressors, valves, filling machines and fire pumping units).
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Support daily plant operations, including cylinder filling, supervising maintenance workshop and monitoring of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and operators to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff.
Senior Officer (Chemical):
- Prepare daily progress/sales-report.
- Operate and maintain LPG storage, loading/unloading systems including safe receipt/dispatch of LPG, tanks, pipelines, and associated equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and reporting of potential issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with LPG safety regulations, SOPs and PPE usage.
- Monitor and record system parameters (pressure, temperature, volume) for safe operations.
- Maintain records, prepare technical reports and support safety audits.
- Collaborate with HSE, engineering, operations, vendors and contractors to optimize system performance.
- Provide technical support for installations, upgrades and training activities.
- Perform all mandatory relevant duties assigned by Plant Manager.
Senior Officer (Electrical/Instrumentation):
- Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance of PLC, digital control valves, DCS and allied control system including pressure transmitters, flow meters, HFLV etc. and support plant operations.
- Hand on experience to maintain LPG cylinder filling / bottling machines.
- Monitor system performance, alarms and data trends to ensure smooth LPG operations.
- Assist in installation, testing, commissioning and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot faults in control loops, alarms and safety systems.
- Maintain documentation, schedules and report critical issues.
- Follow safety standards, participate in drills and ensure compliance.
- Ensure and maintain plant operations free from electrical faults.
- Ensure flame proof culture at plant in all matters (equipment, procedures of repair work etc.).
- Periodic check earthing system and maintain its log book.
- Perform all mandatory relevant duties assigned by Plant Manager.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Candidates must possess DAE / B-Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical / Instrumentation) from HEC/NTC recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience in operations, maintenance and troubleshooting in an LPG or Petrochemical Plant.
- Candidates should be well-versed with documentation and reporting of maintenance, inspection and safety audits.
