Applications Required

In compliance with the AJK Cabinet decision dated 09.08.2024, notification number M.T/2024/9129-39/1 dated 09 October 2024, under which the Electricity Department has been reorganized, applications are invited for permanent appointments against the following posts in the Electricity Operation Sub-Division City-II Kotli and the Office of the Superintendent Engineer Electricity Operation Division Kotli, established in District Kotli, in light of the departmental rules of 2010. Applications must be received by 10/03/2026 during office hours.

Terms and Conditions

• The age limit for the above posts is set between 18 and 41 years. The candidate's age should not exceed 41 years by the last date of application submission.
• Candidates already in government service are eligible to apply through their parent department.
• It is mandatory to include attested copies of educational and professional certificates/DMCs, domicile, hereditary certificate, and National Identity Card with the application, which must have been issued before the last date fixed for receiving applications. Original National Identity Card and other educational documents must be presented on the day of the interview.
• No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the test/interview.
• Applications of candidates who do not meet the terms/eligibility criteria (educational and professional qualifications, age) will be rejected.
• The test/interview for candidates of Electricity Operation Division Kotli and Electricity Operation Sub-Division City-II Kotli will be held on 14/03/2026 at the relevant division office at 11:00 AM. Also, the said posts are vacant due to retirement and may be subject to increase or decrease.
