Eligibility Criteria:
PhD/MBA/MS/MSC (any discipline) from HEC Recognized University / Institute. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
(a) Minimum 15 years of working experience in University / Educational institutes or any national/international reputable organization is required.
(b) The candidate should have thorough knowledge of Academic processes and HEC policies.
Skills:
(a) Good strategic planning/management abilities.
(b) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
(c) Training need analysis, career development framework and problem-solving skills.
Age Limit: 55years and below.
