How to Apply?
- According to the recent decision of the Government of Balochistan regarding the notification dated May 9, 2023 regarding general employment and management, those employees who have died during serous death (dated 2013). The next of kin are hereby notified to submit certified copies of the following documents within fifteen (15) days of publication to the Sub-Divisional Office,
- Directorate General of Agricultural Engineering Office, Sariab Road (Street next to Excise and Taxation Department), Quetta I have submitted.
- And the relatives who are unaware of this and could not submit the application in this department are also urged to submit the attested copies of their documents through the District Agricultural Engineering Office as soon as possible. Further, if there is any kind of objection to the nominated candidate for recruitment from among the relatives of the deceased employee, then submit a written objection to the said department within 7 (seven) days after the publication of this advertisement.
- Submit your original identity card/domicile certificate, educational credentials, death certificate of deceased employee and other documents on 20th April 2024. The details of which are as follows.
- (1) Death Certificate issued by NADRA (2) Family Registration Certificate (FRC) (3) Condolence Certificate issued by the Department (4) Succession Certificate issued by the Court (5) Father Identity cards of mother and applicant.
- (6) Local and Domicile Certificate
- (7) All Educational Co A Matric – HSSC / BAMA (if any).
- (8) Diploma in Computer courses registered with the Board -
- (9) One year Diploma in Computer registered with the Board.
- (10) Affidavit or power of attorney from the father/mother on stamp paper for appointment of the said son or B. (11) Two passport size photographs.
